DDOS Attack - India Reseller Server IndiaVIP1 [Resolved]

Hi,

India VIP1 is currently experiencing service interruption due to a large DDOS attack. Our India Data Center Engineers are investigating the issue.

Are you also having problem with Singapore Reseller VIP? My reseller account is down I submitted a ticket but no one is answering. Your live chat is CLOSE!!! My clients are pressuring me!!! Please resolve my issue immediately.

Yes it is currently down. I have 11 websites in there from different client. Worse I can't get an answer from skynethosting.

yeah so did I, my customers this question to me, but I can not answer because there is no answer from skynethosting.

Since yesterday I am facing this issue and all my clients websites are down. They are calling me and I am not having any answer as this is delaying from yesterday and I have been promising them as you have been promising me. Plz do this immediately.

This is not really good... While we are having problem and haunted by our client, skynethosting seems like hiding. No one is answering my support ticket and live chat is closed. I feel like left alone with my angry clients. Please resolve this immediately or at least reply, talk to us. You posted a news about the problem in India Reseller VIP. What about Singapore VIP?

i need change my account to other node or location for active my reseller panel and my webistes

We all understand that they are under attack, but you have contingency plans and give immediate solution to this problem, and not affect our customers in this way
You have other data centers move our accounts temporarily to those places places
Can disconnect servers and connect via VPN or other secure ways without compromising our customers' data.
Luckily I have other virtual servers in other companies and I have put some pages of my clients online but I am giving a solution and not you just say that they are investigating, investigating help to create a contingency plan but not to solve the problem of my Customer and the reputation of my company. So give me free services you will not trust me again

pueden desconectar los servidores y conectarse por VPN o de otras formas seguras sin comprometer los datos de nuestros clientes.
por suerte yo tengo otros servidores virtuales en otras compaƱias y he puesto en linea algunas paginas de mis clientes pero yo estoy dando solucion y no ustedes solo dicen que estan investigando, investigar ayuda para crear un plan de contingencia pero no para solucionar el problema de mis cliente y la reputacion de mi empresa. asi me den servicios gratis no volveran a confiar en mi

Still waiting... no solution.. In morning hv chat with Skynet Support . they told me within 2-3 hrs problem will resolve but still waiting... All clients are calling continuously. Very frustrating day!!!

Our Singapore Reseller VIP is fine, but the free HTTPS certificates provided by skynet hosting was HACKED !!!
