Corporate Reseller Server is currently offline due to Network Error. The Data Center Engineers are checking this, on emergency.

We would keep you updated on this, as more information is available to us.

Update 1 - DC engineers are still working on this issue,  access to the server is still not restored.

Update 2:  Server is back online (web services are still offline) after a reboot however there seems to be a issue with CentOS filesystem, Data Center engineers are still working on this issue.

Update 3: We are still working on the issue, the issue seems to be related to both OS and CloudLinux CageFS.

Update 4: Server was further having issues with CloudLinux CageFS, which we tried our best to resolve with Cloud Linux support but they were simply taking too much time without much progress. Since there was no real progress with the CloudLinux team we had no choice but to do a fresh OS install to fix this issue. 

Update 5: We have reloaded CentOS and installed cPanel on server. At the moment we are in process of restoring client data from backups. We expect the process to be completed within 3-4 hours. There will be NO data loss as we have real time backups. During this restore process sites will be down or will show errors some errors.

Update 6: We expect restore to complete within the next 2 hours.

Update 7: OS reload is completed.
