We are experiencing service level issues with the server Cambridge. The server was being checked in for a abuse report, but currently the issues points out to port related issues, which are being fixed by our NOC Engineers.

Update 1 : This is an update that,  on emergency we are going in for a OS Drive replacement / OS Reload on the cambridge server. We are proceeding on this right away, the OS reload on the server is already being handled. We will keep the news updated on, thank you.

Update 2: Cpanel install is currently in progress at the server. Once this is done, we would be proceeding to restore the backups at the server.

Update 3: We would be starting the backup restore in another hour from now, thank you.

Update 4: Restore is fast proceeding,  and the process should be completed in short while from now.

Update 5: Restoration completed for all accounts.

Update6: Server is back online.
