In order to maintain the performance and reliability of our USA Smart Cloud Servers and to offer the best customer experience we would be upgrading each and every USA Smart Cloud Server to Raid6. Since there is no option to perform a live transfer there will be a downtime of 3-4 hours for each Smart Cloud server during the migration. The migration scheduled from October 1st to October 5th, 2019. Each customer would be notified and contacted individually before and after the transfer.
