To resolve this issue, we have scheduled an OS drive replacement on July 19th at 1:00 AM (SG Time). Once the replacement begins, the restoration of accounts is expected to take approximately 4 to 8 hours.

Update 1 : More than 55% of accounts are restored. The restored websites will start working soon.
