Knowledgebase: Domain Names & DNS
My domain is locked and won't let me change nameservers?

You'll have to unlock your domain first. If you have access to the domain registrar's control panel, where you registered the domain initially, you can unlock your domain yourself by using the domain lock function or otherwise you have to contact your domain registrar and ask them to unlock your domain for you.
