SSD drive issue: SGVIP1

Hello,

We are facing an issue with one of the SSD drives on SGVIP1 server. We will be copying the contents of old drive to new one, there is no data loss expected.

UPDATE 1 : The server will be taken down after 5 hours to attach the new drive.

UPDATE 2: We have replaced the defective drive and restored the accounts from backup as the problematic HDD failed to bootup from the existing server.
