Recently  we have been alerted with sluggishness and intermittent inaccessibility issues for the Singapore VIP server SGVIP4. Monitoring was continual from then on, and we have traced out server log messages pertaining to CPU over heat errors. We might need to check the hardware and replacement for the faulty devices need to be handled out.  Our DC engineers would be taking down the server SGVIP4, at 8PM SGT March 26th.

Kindly note the same, we would be keeping the news thread updated as soon as the process is initiated.

Update 1:  Server is being taken down now, kindly hold on.

Update 2:  Faulty hardware has been replaced, and server is now back online. Thank you.
