Hello,

Singapore VIP1 server seems to be  inaccessible, we have contacted DC network on this regard.  We are holding on, and would keep the news updated shortly.

Update 1: Server is being still checked on, DC engineers are currently on this high priority task.

Update 2: The issue has been identified as a fault NIC card. Server has been rebooted now , the faulty NIC crad would be replaced in later.
