Greetings! We have scheduled the live server upgrade on July 14 , 10.00 MST. There will not be any downtime as its a live migration and your IP's will remain the same after migration. Please ensure that no customizations/uploads on your domains are done during this window to ensure error-free migration. We would be keeping this news thread updated with migration progress once the migration has started.If you have any questions or concerns in this regard please feel free to contact technical support.
Update 1: [22/07/2022 ] We migrated accounts to a new server, but still facing some issues in current new server and we are in the process of migrating accounts to new server. Please don't upload any data to the server till migration is complete. It will take 48hrs for migration to complete Update 2: [23/07/2022 ] The migration is 75% complete, it is expected to get completed in next 24 hours. Update 3: [24/07/2022 ] All website datas and emails has been synced to new server. Mysql migration is on progress. Update 4: [26/07/2022 ] Mysql migration has been completed. As mentioned earlier, there are no change required at your end. Please send in a support ticket or contact us via live chat if you face any issues. We will be happy to assist. We have scheduled the live server upgrade on May 13, 6.30 MST. There will not be any downtime as its a live migration and your IP's will remain the same after migration. Please ensure that no customizations/uploads on your domains are done during this window to ensure error-free migration. Update 1 : 50 % of data migration completed. Update 2 Restore has been fully completed and ip's routed. All the domains are now resolving from the new server, thank you.

Live migration - devip2.noc401.com

Hi, There was Hard disk related issue server devip2.noc401.com . So we have moved the accounts to another server (temporally). Right now we have replaced the HDD and started to move back the accounts. We will keep you updated. Update 1 : 95% account migration completed Update 2: 100% account migration completed and switched IPs.
If you use private name server you can change the IP to new as follows yourdomain.com --> 51.89.9.195 yourdomain.com --> 54.37.91.88
If you use below default name server, No changes needed. devip21.noc40.com devip22.noc40.com
And if you use A record/cloudflare you may change the IP as 51.89.9.195

Hi, We have faced DDOS attack to server and we have disabled the account get DDOSed. How ever DDOS continue to IP 148.163.89.221. So the part of mitigation.we have forced to change the IP of domains to new IP 148.163.89.220. If you use default name servers or private name servers no changes to be done. If you assigned Cloudflare please use new IP at Cloudflare panel.

Hello The server USM1 is not responding currently. We are making every effort to get this fixed and services restored as quickly as possible. We would keep the news updated, thank you. Update 1 : OS drive has got corrupted and we are trying to recover it. Update 2: We have restored 90% accounts Update 3 : More than 98 percent accounts are restored. Data of accounts on /home2 is not affected and accounts on /home drive is restored from MARCH 21 backup. If you are facing issue with any domains, please update with domain names and exact issue so that we can check and sort them out.
