IMPORTANT NOTICE : Corporate servers upgrade[completed]

We would like to inform you that we have scheduled an OS drive/Operating system upgrade for our corporate servers on December 16th, 13.00 MST . The expected downtime for this upgrade is approximately 7 hours. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this maintenance period. The below servers are impacted.

Update 1: We have decided to reschedule the replacement of the OS drive for the following servers to a later date:
- corporate.vip1.noc401.com - corporate.vip2.noc401.com - corporate.vip3.noc401.com - corporate.vip8.noc401.com - corporate.viplus1.noc401.com
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change. We will provide you with the updated upgrade date in this thread.
Update 2: We have successfully replaced the OS drive on the following servers, and the account restoration process is currently underway. At present, 20% of the restoration has been completed.
The servers that have undergone the OS drive replacement are as follows:
1. corporate.vip4.noc401.com 2. corporate.vip5.noc401.com 3. corporate.vip6.noc401.com
Update 2: The restore process was little slower than expected. Right now 80% of the restoration has been completed.
Update 3: We are pleased to announce that all accounts have been successfully restored and all services are now live. In the event that you encounter any issues on any of our sites, we kindly request that you reach out to us for assistance.

Connectivity issues - UK server UKVIP3

We regret to inform you that a hardware connecting component failure reported at the Data Center. We would like to assure you that our dedicated DC support team is currently working on resolving this issue as a matter of utmost urgency. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on the progress and notify you promptly once the issue has been resolved. Update 1 : Faulty component replace and server up. But we noticed that Mysql server corrupted and sites shows database error intermittently. We have working on this issue and provide you and update. update 2 : We have successfully restored the database and all associated websites to full functionality. In case anydomain is facing issue, please open a ticket to us. However, in order to prevent any potential issues in the future, we have decided to proceed with reinstalling the operating system. This proactive measure will ensure a more secure and stable environment for our systems. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Hello The server usvip1.noc81.com is not responding currently. We are making every effort to get this fixed and services restored as quickly as possible. We would keep the news updated. Update 1 : We have identified issue with OS drive, DC support team working on this issue. Expected down time is 4 to 6 hours. Update2 : We have fixed the issue on OS drive and rebooted the server. All service is live
