Hello,

We are pleased to announce that the server SGVIP5 will be moving within 2 hours from Equinix DC to Racks Central DC. Expect your server, sgvip5.noc401.com, to be offline for 2–3 hours starting on October 15, 2023. You should expect that your server will be taken off line at 10PM SGT 

We will keep you informed about the progress through regular updates on this news thread. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated technical support team.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

Update: Server relocation has been completed. The server is back online, and all services are stable now.

Server OS Drive Upgrade : Singapore Reseller Server- SGVIP4

We are pleased to inform you that we have scheduled the upgrade for the Operating System drive on October 1 at 05:30 PM GMT+8. This essential maintenance may result in a downtime of approximately 3 to 6 hours.

Update1: Please be informed that, we encountered some unexpected challenges during the OS upgrade, and regrettably, it was not completed as initially planned. To prevent any prolonged server downtime and to ensure a successful upgrade process, we have decided to reschedule the remaining upgrade. We will provide you with the updated schedule in this thread as soon as it's finalized. Currently, all services are operating from the previous drive, and they are stable at this time.

Power failure : Singapore DC [Resolved]

Server Upgrade : Singapore VIP5 Reseller Server

Hello,

We are scheduling emergency live server upgrade with major CPU change on the SGVIP5 server.

This has been scheduled today, 19th May, at around 3am SGT. Current processor is being replaced with new CPU E5-2680 V2, and no downtime is expected. We would be syncing the entire data over for all the domains and we would keep the news updated as soon as the process is initiated.

 

Update 1 : We have completed the migration process and have successfully synchronized nearly 75% of the data. Our team has diligently worked to ensure a seamless transition and we are pleased with the progress thus far. We will continue to work diligently to ensure the remaining data is synchronized in a timely manner.

Server Upgrade : Corporate VIP Reseller Server- Corpvip7 (Completed)

Greetings!


We have scheduled the live server upgrade on April 3rd, at  4am MST. Your current server's processors will be upgraded to a new 56 CPU E5-2680 v4 along with 1.6TB older NVMe drives to being upgraded to all new 3.8TB Intel NVMe drives. We believe these improvements were needed to maintain uptime and reliability in order to keep all valued customers 100% satisfied with our services.


There will not be any downtime as its a live migration and your IP's will remain the same after migration. We will be stopping the ftp service so that no further file uploaded during this live migration. Please ensure that no customizations/uploads on your domains are done during this window to ensure error-free migration.


We would be keeping this news thread updated with migration progress once the migration has started.If you have any questions or concerns in this regard please feel free to contact technical support.

 Update 1: The server load has significantly increased during the backup process, causing a delay in the migration. In order to expedite the process, we have temporarily halted the webservice.

 Update 2: We are pleased to announce that the webserver has been successfully restarted and all sites are now live on the old server.

 Update3 :  90% migration completed to new server. 

 Update4 :  99% migration completed to new server. 

Update5  Restore has been fully completed and ip's routed.  But, Unfortunately, the new server experienced disk-related issues, which required us to replace the OS drive. 

Update6 :  We have successfully replaced the operating system drive and synchronized all files, including the database.

Update7 : We are pleased to inform you that the migration process has been successfully completed with all services now stable. As previously communicated, no further action is required on your end
