We regret to inform you that a hardware connecting component failure reported at the Data Center. We would like to assure you that our dedicated DC support team is currently working on resolving this issue as a matter of utmost urgency. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on the progress and notify you promptly once the issue has been resolved.
Update 1 : Faulty component replace and server up. But we noticed that Mysql server corrupted and sites shows database error intermittently. We have working on this issue and provide you and update.
update 2 : We have successfully restored the database and all associated websites to full functionality. In case anydomain is facing issue, please open a ticket to us.
However, in order to prevent any potential issues in the future, we have decided to proceed with reinstalling the operating system. This proactive measure will ensure a more secure and stable environment for our systems.
