Hello,

 
Hardware issues reported for the server SGMINT1. Our DC engineers are working on this issue with top priority, we would be updating the news shortly.

Update 1:  NOC Engineers still working on the server, we would be posting update shortly.

Update 2:  We have replaced faulty RAM on the server, and the server is now accessible, services online.

Server HDD issue [SGVIP4][Completed]

Hello,

We are experiencing an hardware level issue with one of our home HDD. The /home1 partition gone read only and websites with home directory on that partiition are affected by this while others from /home2 is working fine.

Kindly hold on for further updates on this..

Update 1 : We are in the process of migrating the accounts to a new server. We will make sure accounts on /home1 will be recovered by the time we complete migration

Update 2 : We are still proceeding with the migration, kindly hold on, we will provide the details in the further updates.

Update 3:  Backups for the accounts moved on to new server,  restores progressing. We would be routing the ip's shortly.

Update 4:  IP's routed, data is currently being synced from old server to new server. We will be starting the database sync shortly.

Update 5: Data recovery from the old HDD is in progress, kindly hold on. Sorry for taking time on this, but the process is progressing slowly.

Update 6: Domain restores completed, mail sync is still on.

Update 7: Migration completed. Kindly open a ticket incase of any further issues. Thank you.

Network Abuse Issue: Devip2 Server[Resolved]

Hello,

We are facing network abuse related issues with one of the server ip's (54.37.91.88), due to which the resellers/resold clients on these ip's are affected. We are giving in all heads up on this matter, and the DC engineers are right on track to counter this. We need some further time to sort the ip routing, kindly note the same.

We  regret this incident which happened over abuse, and we do expect the issue to be sorted out in the next 4 hours.

Update 1: We have changed all the affected domains over to the new ip 217.182.198.57, those customers on remote DNS and cloudfare DNS, do proceed to change the ip to this new one.

Update2: We have fixed the isssue and all sites  with now work fine with ip  54.37.91.88
