Hi, This email is to notify you of an upcoming scheduled maintenance on your server. To better ensure reliable, efficient service, we are consolidating all Phoenix area servers to our primary Phoenix area datacenter in Tempe, AZ. This move will not have any impact on the network providers or IP addresses used by your server, which will remain unchanged. We are scheduling a short interruption of service, and want to give you as much notice as possible. This notice applies to the following server: usvip1.noc81.com --23.226.70.18. Currently, the maintenance is scheduled for: Tuesday, December 6th, 2022 between 10:00AM and 8:00 PM Arizona Time. This maintenance is expected to cause downtime of approximately 90 minutes, but possibly less or more time may be necessary. This is because we need to shutdown the server to relocate it to our primary datacenter, located a 20 minute drive from its current location. Once the maintenance has been completed, our staff will update the thread. If you have any difficulties with your server after that point, please open a ticket at https://skynethelp.com/ and we will do our best to help.

Greetings! We have scheduled the live server upgrade on September 6, 3.00 MST. There will not be any downtime as its a live migration and your IP's will remain the same after migration. Please ensure that no customizations/uploads on your domains are done during this window to ensure error-free migration. We would be keeping this news thread updated with migration progress once the migration has started.If you have any questions or concerns in this regard please feel free to contact technical support. Update : Restore has been fully completed and ip's routed. All the domains are now resolving from the new server, thank you. As mentioned earlier, there is no change required at your end. Please send in a support ticket or contact us via live chat if you face any issues. We will be happy to assist. We thank you for your continued patience and understanding while we were working to get this completed.

Update 1: [22/07/2022 ] We migrated accounts to a new server, but still facing some issues in current new server and we are in the process of migrating accounts to new server. Please don't upload any data to the server till migration is complete. It will take 48hrs for migration to complete Update 2: [23/07/2022 ] The migration is 75% complete, it is expected to get completed in next 24 hours. Update 3: [24/07/2022 ] All website datas and emails has been synced to new server. Mysql migration is on progress. Update 4: [26/07/2022 ] Mysql migration has been completed.
