Network Issue : TOKYOVIP1 SERVER [Resolved]

Network issue is reported for the server TOKYOVIP1.NOC401.COM. Our network engineers are working on this issue with top priority. We would keep you updated on the same.

Server Down - DEVIP1 [Resolved]

There is issues reported for the server DEVIP1. We are working on this issue on top priority, we would be updating the news shortly.

Update: The server has been rebooted and is back online. Services are working fine. Please open a support ticket or contact us via live chat if you face any issues.

Drive Replacement : UKVIP Server [Resolved]

Hello,

During our routine server auditing and maintanence, we have narrowed down the recent issues for the UKVIP3 server as due to drive errors. We have traced out the faulty drive and all accounts on this drive has been already rearranged to the other normal partitions. We are scheduling a drive replacement on UKVIP3 server, on July 3rd, 12.30am UK time.  Please note that we expect a downtime of 30 minutes for the entire process.

We would be keeping the news updated, thank you.

Update 1:  We are initiating the process now, server would be soon taken down.

Update 2:  We have taken down the database server, kindly hold on.

Update 3: Server is still down,  DC engineers are still working on the server. There seems to be issues with RAID initialization with the new drive, this is being currently checked.

Update 4:  Server is back online, we are working on the security systems now, domains would be soon back online.

Update 5: All services are back online, thank you.

Drive Replacement: Singapore VIP4 Server [Completed]

Hello,


The /home4 partition for the server has gone read only, seems the file system check could not recover the drive to normal mode.

We have scheduled a drive replacement for this same partition at around 10PM SGT time today.  Server would need to be rebooted for the process and an estimated downtime of 45 minutes is expected. The new drive would be added in and data would be moved into, no loss of data is expected for the domains at all. We would keep the news updated on goingly.

Update: We have fixed the issue with /home4 partition and websites have been functioning fine. We have also added a new drive to the server and we are in the process of rearranging data to the new drive without any downtime. We are doing it per account to make sure that the rearrange is done smoothly.

Network connectivity issue: INDIA VIP2 Server

The India VIP server,  INDIAVIP2 is having issue with network connectivity and we are already in touch with our datacenter engineers on emergency. Kindly hold on for updates.

Update 1: Due to a large scale DDos attack, IPs are not responding. DC is working to mitigate the attack. Updates will follow.

Server Down : INDIA VIP2 Server : Routing Issues [Completed]

Hello,

It seems like the India VIP server,  INDIAVIP2, suddenly stopped responding. We have contacted our datacenter engineers on emergency. We would keep the thread updated,  thank you.

Update 1:  Server is now back online, DC engineers reported a network outage, which seems to be now fixed.

Update 2:  Seems like the routing issues, still prevail, we are working on.

Update 3 :  Server is back online,  we are working on individual ip issues now. Please open a ticket incase of any issues for your account.
