Recently cPanel have changed their license prices for dedicated servers and VPS from $30/month up to $400/month. New pricing system is based on the number of cPanel accounts on a server and they charge $00.20 per extra cPanel hosting account. More details about the new pricing at cPanel Inc. can be found here;

Up to 100 cPanel Accounts (Each Account above 100 Accounts will cost $0.20 Per cPanel Account)

Price: $45/Month + $0.20 Per cPanel Account Starting from the 101th account.

Available on VPS/Cloud and Metal Dedicated Servers

FAQ:

Q: According to above price increase dedicated server license cost can go up from current price $30/month up to $400/month, will there be a price increase skynet customer resellers, shared or SEO Plans?  

A: No, we do not have any plans to increase the prices or limit the unlimited plans at the moment. The prices and unlimited features will remain the same. Even though we do not have plans to increase the price at the moment, as a growing business we can not guarantee that there would not be any increase or decrease in price indefinitely however we guarantee that prices will NOT increase for the next 3 years. 

Q: Will there be any change in cPanel license costs for resold VPS or Dedicated Servers?

A: There would be a price change for resold cPanel license fees for VPS or Dedicated server plans. However a price is not set yet and as a cPanel NOC partner we are still in the process discussing the final prices with cPanel Inc.

Q: Will skynet remain using cPanel as your hosting control Panel?

A: Yes, we have no plans in changing to something else, we will remain using cPanel.
