Recently, we have identified performance issues with the server nicole, and this has been traced out as in relation to memory usage at the server. We are proceeding with a RAM upgrade on the server currently, we believe these improvements are needed to maintain uptime and reliability on our servers in order to keep all valued customers 100% satisfied with our services. The server should be back online shortly.
