Hello,

Due to the recent downtime reports on the server Singapore Smart Cloud Server 1,  we were continuing our server audits and reports were recorded. We have traced out memory related errors at the server, which  seems to have lead to the server downtime. We have now scheduled an emergency RAM  replacement  on  Saturday 21st March 2020, around 9AM SG time, the faulty RAM need to be replaced from the slot.

We need to shutdown the server, and proceed with the replacement,  and a downtime of 45 minutes is expected. We would be updating the news thread as and when the process is initiated, thank you for your kind cooperation on this regard.

Update 1:  Server is being taken down now, kindly hold on.

Update 2: RAM replacement completed. the server is back online now. Thank you
