We were ongoing with multiple tests for the IP routing to the server INDIAVIP2. We could find the bottleneck enroute for the main ip and this had caused customer domains to be inaccessible around some parts of the world. We have gone ahead to change the main ip for the domains which had been earlier on the reported ip.
Update 1: If you are using server default nameservers or custom nameservers registered using our server IP, then there is nothing to be done, we have changed the ip at our name servers.. Your domains will start resolving shortly. But if you use remote nameservers, kindly update A record for the domain to the IP, which you can check via your reseller WHM >> List Accounts.
