Hello,

We are scheduling CPU upgrade on the SGVIP4 server, to the latest hardware and have intimated scheduled reboot with hardware replacement at the DC level on Sunday 10th May, at 9am SGT. Processor E5-2680 v1 is being replaced with E5-2680 v2, and this would incur with a downtime of 1-2 hours as in maximum.  We would keep the news updated as soon as the process is initiated.

Update: The CPU upgrade has completed and the server is back online. Services are working fine as well. Please send in a support ticket if you need any assistance.
