Update1: Migration started.

Update2: Migration is 40% completed and we expect it complete within the next 24 hours. By Sunday morning we would be contacting all resellers personally with new name server and IP details where you need to update them if you are using private nameservers (a separate mail explaining this process has already been sent to all reseller prior to the migration)

Update3: Migration is 85% completed.

Update4: Migration is 97% completed. We would be would be contacting each reseller with new IP's and nameserver details shortly.

Update5: Migration is now completed. All clients have been mailed separately with new IP details and instructions on how to update your IP's if you are using private nameservers.

Recently your server UKVIP3 had some minor and few major problems, experiencing load issues on few occasions. We understand these issues are very frustrating for our customers and we have decided to upgrade your server. We believe these improvements were needed to maintain up-time and reliability on our reseller servers in order to keep all valued customers 100% satisfied with our services.

On 13th Friday, November 2020 at 11.00PM GMT we will be performing an upgrade of your server, UKVIP3 to brand new server with 128GB DDR4 RAM and current SSD drives will be upgraded to latest NVMe drives which will result in significant performance increase. 

The migration is scheduled to be completed within 24 hours. Since this is a live migration all services remain active during the migration, excluding FTPd service. There will also be a change in IP's and each reseller will be contacted before and after the migration via a ticket with all details.
