The HongKong VIP server  "HKVIP1" is not responding currently. We are making every effort to get this fixed and services restored as quickly as possible. We would keep the news updated, thank you.

Update 1: DC techs are working to get the server online. Updates will follow.

Update 2:  While the data center engineers were working to get the server up, they noticed that one of the drives in the raid array was not detecting. The data center engineer will try to reseat the drive to see if it get detected. If not, they will attach a new drive and set the array to rebuild to have the server up and running. We will keep you updated on the progress.

Update 3: We have managed to get the current server online. The migration of data to the new server is in progress as mentioned in the other thread.
