Recently your server HKVIP1 had some minor and few major problems, experiencing load issues and downtimes in few occasions. We understand these issues are very frustrating for our customers and we proceeding with a emergency server upgrade/migration as we speak.

Since the server is having a issue with one of its disks in its Raid Array we will be doing the migration using most latest remote backup that we have for your server. The migration is scheduled to be completed within 24 to 36 hours. There will also be a change in IP's and each reseller will be contacted before and after the migration via a ticket with all details.

Update 2: Migration is now 60% completed, kindly hold on.

Update 3: Status now 75%, thank you.

Update 3: Status 80% completed now.

Update 4: The status is more than 95% completed. Updates will follow.
