The server BERKSHIRE appears not responding and we are in touch with data center technicians to get the server online. Updates will follow.

Update 1: The server is failing to boot and data center technicians are working to get this sorted. Updates will follow.

Update 2: We are working to get a new primary drive connected and get the server OS reloaded on the new drive. Then recover data as it is failing to boot. Updates will follow.

Update 3: DC is still on the server, kindly hold on.

Update 4: The UK We are still running into some issues with the installation.

The UK Data Center have tried to re-installed the OS on a fresh but its failing due some issues so they have tried installing it manually unfortunately that too has failed therefore the issue is escalated to a senior hardware technician. 

The engineers at the UK data Center is working on this matter with high priority but they are short-staffed due to COVID-19 and the Christmas holidays so its taking more time to resolve as it would take normally. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Update 5: The UK NOC staff managed to get the server back online without reinstalling the OS. We have also reconfigured the Raid system.

Update 6:  The server is online and 100% operational however we are doing few final checkups before before in order to make sure the issues wont get repeated again.
